Mako’s Next Programing Phase Class Program Main Focus: • Rebuild Movement Quality in the Squat & Press. • Push Strict Gymnastics along with Focused Skill Work. • More Monstructural work with less skill for robust engine building. • Hypertrophy as an Accessory to get ready for summer. Level-up Main Focus: • Barbell % volume with the snatch and Clean & Jerk. • Gymnastic Skill focus. • Ramp Up to the next competition Barbell Program Main Focus: • Build confidence and intensity with Olympic lifts: Snatch and Clean & Jerk. • Training Barbell on top of Class. • Prepare for upcoming lift-off & competitions. Strength Program Main Focus: • Increase maxes in Squat/ Deadlift/ Bench Press, and OH Press • Work explosive training with power cleans and plyometrics • build Aerobic base that increases recovery, and body composition without compromising strength We are here to help!
