13 minutes on the Clock. At 3.2.1. Go, Athletes will begin working on completing the 40 Front Squats. As long as depth is made, you can squat clean the first rep. Athletes may switch as needed to complete the reps. Once, the first 40 front squats are completed, athletes will move on to the 40 toes to bar. Athletes may switch as needed to complete the round of 30 and the round of 20.
Once the last rep of the 20 TTB is completed, the athletes will move on to the 30 overhead squats. As long as depth is made, you can squat snatch the first rep. The TIEBREAK TIME will be the time the last OHS is completed.
Once the 30 OHS are completed, athletes will have the rest of the time to complete as many Bar Muscle-Ups OR Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups as possible. IMPORTANT: Once the athlete begins the movement of choice, they must stick with that movement until their set is complete. Once the athlete comes off the rig, they must switch with their partner.
Example: Partner 1 starts with bar muscle-up, they have to finish that set with Bar MU’s. Once P1 switches with P2 and returns to the rig for their next turn, they can choose to do CTB Pull-Ups at that point.
The score is the total reps completed in the 13-minute AMRAP. The RX athletes will be awarded 3 points for each Bar Muscle-Ups and 1 point Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups and scaled athletes will be awarded 3 points for each Pull-Ups and 1 point Ring Row.
