Our Program Includes...

6 days of training per week, 60-90 minutes per session

Early WOD visibility up to 8 days in advance

Additional competitor workouts that align with the WOD for those that want a little more strength, skill and engine development

Auxiliary work to compliment the WOD that focuses around building symmetry with classic bodybuilding and core exercise to round out your fitness and help you look and feel GREAT.

The Fitness program focuses on building a proper foundation in strength, skill, and conditioning; we aim for movements that have lower risk with a higher reward. Athletes will determine their own weights while being challenged to complete tasks focuses on quality first, then intensity. This program will improve an athlete’s strength and conditioning making them more prepared for life and sport.

Meet The Coach

Brandon is a Certified CrossFit Trainer (CF-L3) and is the Head Coach & Owner of Mako Athletics. He has competed at the CrossFit Games and multiple Individual regional level competitions, as well as coached a Masters CF Games champion and several national-level teams. Brandon has been writing strength and conditioning programs for not only elite-level competitors, but those that just want to live long, and look and feel their best. With over 10 years of programming experience, his goal is to create a program that anyone can follow no matter what the goal are starting point on their fitness journey is. Like a bear, when Brandon is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, walking in nature, and taking long naps.
