Our bread and butter is CrossFit. CrossFit is an all-encompassing high-intensity interval way of training, hitting every aspect of health and fitness. It is a conditioning, strength-building workout made up of functional movements done at a high level of intensity. These workouts comprise variations of squats, weightlifting, push-ups, and more, that help your body build muscle and strength.

Take part in CrossFit group classes, work 1-on-1 with a coach in-person, or train competitively with our CrossFit Competitors Program. Get in touch with us about Remote Coaching. We can design a custom program for you, provide video reviews of your workouts and lifts, and provide access to our sought after program that has helped carry athletes to the CrossFit Games.

CrossFit Competitors Program

Whether you are looking to compete at local competitions to challenge yourself or more seriously at a regional or national level, our CrossFit Competitors program is perfect for you. This program is developed around more linear progressions and sport-specific CrossFit training.

We can work together to develop a custom program for you to follow remotely, anywhere in the world and at any gym.

Mako Wods

Have access to Mako’s nationally followed class programming. Mako Wods comes with stimulus notes, warm-up instructions, and tactics on how to effectively hit the workout. There are several tracks to follow for appropriate scaling.

Olympic Weightlifting

Olympic Lifting is great for increasing lean body mass, reducing body fat, building strength, and more. It uses your entire body while focusing on improving speed and coordination, gradually creating lean muscle and building strength. Incorporate a clean and jerk, a snatch, or both into your routine and improve high-intensity endurance. Soon you will recover faster so you can do more challenging and intense exercises.

Make gains with your Olympic Lifts in our Mako Barbell Club or through our Remote Coaching. No experience or desire to compete is required. We have athletes of all skill levels in the Barbell Club. It’s a great way to get fit and challenge yourself. Many members do compete at USAW Olympic Lifting Competitions and other local comps. You also can work on your lifts on your own time in our Open Gym with dedicated areas to lift on platforms and off blocks.

Our Barbell program focuses on Olympic Lifting sessions guided by our Barbell coach at specific times to develop speed and strength, and improve technique and confidence.

Whether you’re looking to work on a few specific things, or want consistent 1-on-1 coaching, we’ll help you improve your lifts and PRs.

Personal Training 1-on-1 is a great way to have high accountability, someone to coach you through all movements, give well-timed cues, and encourage and motivate you in the middle of workouts while working on a regimen tailored to your goals. Remote Coaching

Through remote coaching, we can work with you no matter where you are or what your goals may be. From General Health and Wellness and Weight Loss to Bodybuilding, CrossFit, Competitive CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, and more, we’ve got you covered. Personal Remote Coaching has been gaining in popularity over the years, with technology making this type of coaching easy and accessible for anyone. It allows an athlete or any individual to be coached from the comfort of home and from across the world. You also can train whenever you like, so time is never an issue.

This allows you to receive the benefit of utilizing our programming and receiving video reviews of your sessions from a dedicated coach on our team.

Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition Coaching helps facilitate healthy eating behaviors. Everyone is different, and thus, requires different eating habits, foods, and portions. A nutrition coach can help you make the right choices for a healthier diet and act as a guide to reach your fitness goals. Food is fuel, your diet is even more important than workouts. Work with a coach to dial in your nutrition to reach your health and performance goals.


Powerlifting is extremely beneficial for increasing your overall strength throughout your body. The deadlift, bench, and squats are compound movements that need the use of all the muscles across your body. This helps to increase bone density and build solid muscles. Also, studies show that powerlifting may have positive effects on brain health since it increases neurons in the brain, which improves memory.

Athletes work on bodybuilding in our Open Gym setting, Personal Training, and Remote Coaching. By engaging in this weight training, not only will your muscles grow stronger and more flexible, but you will also reduce the risks of obesity, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. They don’t call it bodybuilding for nothing. This sport helps make your body proportionately fit and shaped.
