8 Sumo Deadlift w/ BB or KB

12 Sit Ups

*Partner 2 completes AMRAP until Partner 1 completes 400m Run, then switch(P1 connotes where P2 left off. Record total rounds of SDL&Sit Ups

*SDL weight should be tough but unbroken
