Clean and Jerk Technique:

– practice with light bar, no more than 95-135/65-95 today.

-The goal is to move as quick and smooth as possible.

F&P: Metcon (2 Rounds for time)

Fitness & Performance:

On the 2 min:

200m Run

x 10 Rounds

*goal is to run the same pace for each

**Record your fastest and slowest rounds.
*If you have trouble running a sub 1 min 200m, then scale back to 150m
