While Partner 1 rows 750m, partners 2 & 3 complete AMRAP of: DL, NPU BBJ , & DB HPC – one full round at a time(you go, I go).
When partner 1 finishes the row partner 3 moves to the rower while partner 1 & 2 rotate through the AMRAP.
An athlete must complete the round before switching even if the one partner has finished the row.
