SA DB Thruster 50/35

20ft Shuttle Run

(Record total Reps)

*Do not have to alternate on the thrusters, just try to keep the reps similar on each arm

** Each length of the shuttle run is 1 rep.
Scale weight of the DB if needed to keep intensity high.
