“Death by 10 Meters” (AMRAP – Rounds)

Run 10M in the first minute

Run 20M in the second minute

Run 30M in the third minute

Continue the pattern until you are unable to complete the distance in the allotted time.
This is done “shuttle-run style” Cones will be set 10m apart. One foot must pass the cone before turning around.

Score rounds completed

Death by Jumprope (AMRAP – Rounds)

Same format x10

10 Jumps in Min. 1

20 Jumps in Min. 2

30 Jumps in Min. 3

Continue the pattern until you are unable to complete the jumps in the allotted time
Score total rounds completed
